EcoGlow is a fictional brand created for a university project. Because orders are simulated, this policy is an example of how returns would work for a live store.
30-day returns
You can return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order for any reason. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (such as toothbrushes) can only be returned if faulty.
How to return an item
Email hello@ecoglow.co.uk with your order number and the item or items you’d like to return. We’ll send you instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Return postage
Return postage is free if the item is faulty or incorrect; otherwise it is paid by the customer.
